Sales phases

The earliest owners get the best terms.

Prices increase and the fixed rent decreases with each sales phase: 8% in phase 1 (closed), 7% in phase 2 (current) and 6% in the final phase, which starts once €75 million has been reserved.

WoW Operations S.L., the hotel operator, pays the rent once per year.

Designed by DNA Barcelona together with our in-house architects: one hotel around a central garden, with terraces stepping down to the pools and the golf course.
