What data we process

You can browse this website without telling us who you are. When you send the enquiry form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), the unit you are interested in (optional), your message and the language of the page.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website securely.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry or arrange the meeting you ask for, and to send you a confirmation by email: based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps you ask us to take before a possible purchase (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the form: based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your details for newsletters or other marketing unless you separately agree to that.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while there is a mutual interest, and at most 24 months after your last contact with us. After that, your data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Who receives it

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties, unless the law requires it. Service providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, are: our website host (Vercel Inc.), our email delivery service (Resend) and our email and customer-relationship systems.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States. Transfers there rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can ask for the current list of providers at info@taolis.com.

If you pre-reserve a unit, you do so on taolis.com, where taolis.com’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@taolis.com, stating the right you want to exercise and including proof of identity. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
