The fixed rent
The fixed rent described on this website is a contractual arrangement between the owner and the hotel operator, paid from the hotel’s operating cash flow. It is not a bank deposit, savings product or other bank product, and it is not covered by any deposit-guarantee scheme. There is no separate bank guarantee for the rent.
Prices, sizes, images and dates
Prices exclude 21% VAT. Sizes are indicative until the Proyecto Básico. Renders, photographs, plans and specifications show the design intent and may change as the project progresses. Dates are indicative and may move. Ownership structure subject to final legal confirmation.
The contract prevails
The reservation contract, the sale and purchase agreement and the lease agreement you sign prevail over anything shown on this website.
